I booked in prior to Christmas 2021. Everywhere else was booked out and Burwood Dental Care got me in very quickly. Staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Ash was amazing giving me, perfect advice for looking after my teeth for the future. I came in for a clean and she was very gentle and took alot of care towards my teeth. Beautiful place, great vibes and would come back 10/10. Will now become a regular and suggest to friends.

Very bad experience with this centre. Claimed to be BUPA provider which they're apparently not. Ended up to pay extra $176 for 2x adhensive restoration as compared to my wife did exactly the same treatment in the dental centre in the vicinity ($160 vs $132 plus she's able to pay lesser as a BUPA member).
Called the receptionist to ask whether their clinic is BUPA provider which she said YES WE ARE. After giving her with all the statements, she's then apologies that her fellow receptionist for providing the wrong information that in fact they are not BUPA provider. What's the joke!! This was the

The team at Burwood Dental Care were fantastic. My first visit was an emergency removal of a tooth and drainage of an abscess. I was very anxious about sitting in a dentist chair as it had been so long. I Had no reason to worry once Dr Ash and her professional knowledge took over. She went about the work she had to do with minimal pain and stress. She was magical and not to mention her professional team that work around her.
Since that first visit, Ash organised a treatment plan over a few weeks and my mouth and teeth sincerely thank her.

DO NOT FIND DR PHIL AU if you are coming to burwood dental care, the doctor did not solve any pain problems. He is not normal: he didnt kill the nerves on the gum, and did not disinfect during operation, causing the pain to get worse. This doctor is a complete scam and will NOT solve your dental problems. He should worry about his own mental problems before solving other peoples dental problems

My experience in choosing Burwood Dental Care has been nothing less than life changing. To be fair I imagine my case was of the more challenging ones, where all other dentists I tried year after year were unable, and some, unwilling to put forward a solution. I'm grateful that I held the belief that something could be done because the dental team at Burwood Dental Care have without a doubt exceeded my expectations.

Can't think of a better place to have my wisdom teeths removed. The whole team make me feel cool, but specially Dr Ash. He got me ready for the intervention and talked to me till I felt much better about the extraction. So nice, really! And Dr Ash always with a smile on her face made all the paperwork look so easy and helped me big time with my payment plan. They took good care of me.

I’m a pretty fussy and particular customer wherever I go and I can confidently say the Burwood Dental Care has way exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research on top Burwood dentists and chose the Burwood Dental Care after it was recommended to me. Right from the start the professionalism and friendliness of the staff there is amazing. From Sam and the ladies on reception, to Dr Ash and Dr Phil who is an absolute master of his profession. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and would like to express a big thank you for the team and smoothness of the whole procedure! Dr Phil did the surgery for me and I am extremely pleased. My family has been going to see Dr. Ash for quite a while now religiously doing our check-ups every 6 months. My husband didn’t love the idea of going to the dentist but his fears are now completely gone and feels so comfortable with it. Our 4 year old son has been going for check ups since he was 2yo to get familiar with the whole process and he loves it! she is so professional, gentle and thorough
