Owner Stuart Glover fronts the team with almost 30 years of experience in the heating industry across Australia and the UK. Whilst in the UK, Stuart worked for AGA gaining specialised expertise in installing and servicing cast iron cookers and hydronic heating.

We would have to say dealing with Real Flame Geelong is possibly one of the best customer service experiences we've had. Our first enquiry was by email, we visited the store and had a gas fire installed. Every team member was friendly, helpful, well educated and efficient. We couldn't have asked for more.
At Real Flame Geelong, we offer a full installation service in-house. There is no need to involve outside contractors, we do the lot hassle free. We offer obligation free inspections to determine your best options for your space. Additionally, we can design and construct wall panels to house your new fireplace, supply and install the lot.
Note: For star rated homes a motorized damper system can be used to meet appropriate regulations. A. The star rating system was developed to encourage more efficient use of our energy sector. By buying products that have more efficiency and hence, more stars, we are helping to conserve our natural resources as well as helping to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Terrible service!
Cunning approach not genuine!
I called to inquire if they had a particular electric heater size which they did at $2500. I told the sales assistant that's out of my budget He asks what is your budget? My budget is 2000-2200 he (Andrew) "said let me check my book....no problem... I can do that price, come down!"
I drive almost 1 hour 30 mins from Melton arrive there he apparently remembers my name but not the price he quoted.
Followed by the Owner giving me terrible services (LADY) didn't know how to operate the heater however did know how to lie just like her employees

Class. Sums up the whole experience with Real Flame Geelong. From the initial visit in their store, through the quoting process with Mel, and the installation, the team at Real Flame were nothing less than utterly professional. No fuss and no hurdle Stuart and the installation team could not overcome. The install team arrived when they said they would, installed the heater, cleaned up and left. No fuss. The heater is beautiful and the heat it provides is much more comfortable than the ducted heating in place.
I have no hesitation in recommending this business. A class act.

Having been to several other heater stores in Geelong, I can't believe we almost missed going to Real Flame in Gordan Ave in Geelong! Melissa was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful and nothing was too much for her in helping us. When the new unit was installed, the same could be said for Stuart, Rowan and Stuart's daughter. They were extremely efficient and professional in every way and they were tidy and paid a lot of attention to detail. We had a rectangular shaped gas log (stones) installed by cutting through the wall so that the finished product looks very modern and

Over a period of 3 months we had a wood burning heater, a new 5 oven AGA stove and a range hood installed by Real Flame. The installations were carried out by Stuart and his associates and we were impressed by the quality of their work. Very professional, very friendly and exceptional attention to detail. As these installations were in an existing house, a lot of thought and effort was required to make sure the units fitted in aesthetically. The results were excellent.
