These guys are brilliant and I highly recommend.
For me it started with a message to Graham who was more than happy to visit at the drop of a hat to check out our place and recommend the right cooling and heating solution.
This was then followed up with a quote and ongoing comms with Nicole who was always responsive and happy to answer all my questions (Graham too).
From the time we accepted the quote the job was booked a week later. On the day of installation the delivery of the goods turned up on time followed by the team (Zac, Tyson and Spencer) who did an amazing job with the unit installation

Best Service ever !
I rarely leave feedback, however on this occasion I need to comment on the exceptional service. From the quick and friendly response to my inquiry, provision of brochures, quote and advice, I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised. All the staff were friendly and polite right through the entire process. The communication via email and updates on SMS were excellent, keeping me up to date on when the works would happen, what time the crew would arrive.
The whole team need to be congratulated on the superb level of service. And finally the heater was installed quickly

GJ Bradding installed a split system at a family members house, all went fine. Unit then developed an issue. Family member contacted GJ Bradding, who were too busy, but would direct her to another service person not in the company. Family member has contacted this person twice and got no response. 5 months ago this happened. Were happy to install the system for her, but too busy to service it when she needed it done. Absolutely poor after service and would not recommend!!

Installed ducted heating and reverse cycle air conditioning in a new house. Temperature settings for each area allows perfect control and house stays cool on the hottest days. Price was reasonable and they said no problem when other installers baulked at cooling our 3 level house without installing multiple split systems. Had a few hiccups at the start that were promptly fixed and now couldn’t be happier.

How good are you guys? You folks are so good that I don't know where to begin. It starts from the promptness and sense of urgency with Danielle quoting the job, then the excellent follow-up from Jess, then the friendly delivery man who comes with the parts at 8am in the morning. Shortly afterwards Tom and Luke arrive - they set the pace about what's going to happen throughout the day and energetically they begin work. Then Bodie and a couple of other guys finish the work before 2.30pm. But more importantly they finish just before Melbourne is about to go into a week long heatwave!!
