I have been very impressed with the customer service from Chris at Classic Fireplaces. He has answered our many questions patiently and professionally. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you Cathy & Chris and helpful staff for your help , guidance and recommendations in helping us purchase the right BBQ , we settled on a Pulse 2000 Electric Webber . Suzanne and I relocated to a… Retirement Village and experiencing a major lifestyle change , due to limited space this will allow us to move the bbq under the pergola through winter and into the garden in Summer . No more worrying about gas bottle being full , just plug in and enjoy . Enjoyed cooking a steak on the first night , simply amazing . Been here on several occasions to purchase BBQ’s and accessories, and these guys are the best in Geelong. Very knowledgeable and it doesn’t matter which staff member consults with you they are super friendly and always value your business. I’ve recommended several people to come here and they have all had pleasant experiences also. I won’t go anywhere else.
