Bibby was by far the best agent I have dealt with in the Launceston area. He was the only agent who conducted follow up calls And although I didn’t answer his first few calls he would still call once a month and leave a message and was able to re engage me. Bibby gets to know you as a buyer, a person and also your families needs. 100% would recommend Bibby to represent you.

Extremely pushy sales tactics!!!Continuous phone calls, letters and knocks on the door !!!! I have rang up a number of times to stop this and to remove my contact details but it just continues. It started 1 MONTH after I bought my house through them. They are worse than bible bashers. I have spoken to my neighbors and they are fed-up with Peter Lees also. People know you are there and they will come to you !!!!!!!!! I highly DO NOT recommend dealing with this company as you will not hear the end from them.

Tracy was just amazing and very responsive. When I was stressed out on being unable to come down for infinite number of inspections only to be let down, Tracy came to my rescue. She helped me find this beautiful and safe home without all the hassles. She responds quickly and doesn’t let you hang on the loop. The other staff in the office were very nice and friendly too. I am very happy with my experience and would higly recommend.

I recently rented a property through Peter Lee's and they were very incompetent, I had a list of serious maintenance issues that had not been addressed for over 12 months. I had to follow them up to remind them about other maintenance issues they were getting quotes for.
