Our experience only with a specific agent.
We put in an offer on a house that was run past the agent prior to submission, which he specifically said was acceptable.
It was the highest offer as we basically offered a blank check no conditions and we were not even considered for negotiations.
Dodge or just not a very good agent!
We are sure the vendor missed out on more money as we were willing and ABLE to afford whatever price to sucure the home we really wanted!

Didn’t let me know I had a tenant moving into my property, I had to find out from the tenant they had been approved and the date they where moving in, weren’t professional at all, the property wasn’t in the best of condition when I moved in, extremely rude towards me, never will I again rent or go through them. Not happy in the slightest.

Worst ever agent went out of way to try take all bond even after owners passed it as clean and tidy Roberts made up stuff to get the full bond they are trained this way. They never fixed anything never told owners about faults they walked into house when not home, I had to change locks after stuff went missing after they came into house and they said they never came in CCTV shows otherwise. NEVER EVER trust these guys they will rip you off and not just renters landlords too landlord I knew seen year later they had hidden fees charged to them sneaky buggers.. They never got my bond I went to ombudsman

Absolutely disgusting rental agency, it's true they rent houses right out from under you even if you've scheduled an inspection.
They said they had checked references and the decision was up to owners ( they never checked any references, it's all automated)
The receptionist girls are tarty looking with no class and would rather chat amongst themselves than help a prospective tenant.
My partner also rented through roberts they scheduled inspections and showed people through the place without even letting him know .. disgraceful company

I am very unhappy with how they managed my rental property. The agent did (edit:only one) inspection from late 2017 to the end of the lease in late October 2018 even though there were reports of damage; even after I requested in writing that one be done, and even after the tenant stopped paying rent, nothing. I've been paying 180/month in fees to these people for several years, it's just not good enough. Now I am fixing thousands of dollars worth of damage and there is no bond to cover it because of the unpaid rent.
