As an owner living outside the state one leans heavily on ones property manager to solve problems , make recommendations and supervise closely all activity …also being capable of noting problems before they become unweildy to correct or costly to repair and rerporting them to an owner... the ability to do this is what separates average property management from excellent. So far this group have been in the latter group.
