I have just started training with Sarah now that my baby is 12 weeks old and I am loving it. Sarah's knowledge with postnatal exercise is so encouraging and you really feel supported and safe. I have always hesitated with joining a Mums fitness group because of being so nervous as I have never exercised before but Sarah has made me feel so welcome from the start!

I recently completed the 6 week post natal course after having a c section. I absolutely loved the program, it started off at just the right level and built up each week. I really enjoyed being able to do a couple of the online sessions each week and having done the exercises with Sarah prior I was able to do the exercises correctly and get the… most out of the sessions. I just finished the course and am feeling great, I have also decided to carry on with more 1 on 1 personal training as I really enjoy going each week and am super happy with my fitness now. Cannot recommend sarah enough

I signed up for Postpartum training with Sarah in the months leading up to the birth of my son, not realising just how much my body would benefit from this decision.
After a difficult birth, I had alot of… pain even just carrying my son from point A to B. With the combined PT sessions and online access to Sarah's PP program I have seen amazing changes in my body in just 6 weeks. I am so much stronger and each week the pain is lessening, of which I am so grateful.
Sarah is a gem - easy going and extremely knowledgeable and caring in her approach.

The Mummy Trainer 6 week postnatal program was the perfect way to transition back to exercise after having my daughter. Sarah’s knowledge and support gave me the confidence to sign up to the program and the… steady progression of exercises over each week meant I was able to focus on building my core strength, pelvic stability and overall fitness in a safe way. Sarah is also a natural with babies and a great babysitter, so bringing my daughter along to each session was a bonus! Thank you Sarah, will see you again for baby no. 2 x

I have been training with Sarah one-on-one for a few months now, both post natally and during pregnancy. As someone who had almost no background in, or any level of fitness, I felt comfortable and grateful to have Sarah patiently train me as I got stronger, fitter and more confident. She has helped me feel better about my fitness and strength, and I notice a HUGE difference from when I first started! Highly recommend her :)

Sarah is a very geniune and down to earth personal trainer who made me feel very supported and encouraged throughout the whole PT session. She came to my home to talk me through her postnatal exercise program and show me how to safely exercise. After having 4 children over the last 4.5 years, Sarah taught me a lot about how to care for my pelvic floor while exercising and work towards my fitness goals safely. I couldn't recommend her more highly and I am excited to get to know Sarah and the tribe of mums she is supporting more!

I have absolutely loved using The Mummy Trainer program throughout my pregnancy. I work part time and have a 3 year old so the fact that I can do my workouts whenever and whenever I can is so amazing. I also haven’t had any sciatic pain this pregnancy which I feel might be because of my constant training throughout the pregnancy.

I absolutely loved training with Sarah and TMT online. After having my little girl, it was quite hard to find a class - nothing seemed to fit me, or the time wasn't right but once I found Sarah that was it. Originally I was only planning on training for 3 months or so, but ended up training with Sarah for over a year!
She is amazing, I loved that… if my little miss was upset while I trained Sarah was happy to settle her for me, or that we could stop at any time to feed bubs if we needed.
I found TMT online to be a great option if you couldn't make it to a class or if you want to add some

I had an in-home consultation with Sarah and it was a great kick-start back into exercise after having my daughter. Sarah is friendly, professional and encouraging. She took me through each exercise and made me feel confident again to get back into it. I will definitely be doing the Mummy Trainer’s Group PT sessions next.Thanks Sarah!
