Our private dining room offers an intimate dining experience upwards to 50 guests seated and 70 cocktail. Booked table for 8 person on 20Nov.After arrival order food nd drinks but drinks was not arrived after after 40 min.When I checked they told me that waiter already left who took our order.Then the most arrogant GM Mr David shows up and not even appology for the mistakes rather he was ordering me to come out outside to talk.
We ordered 8 main meal all together but only 3 meals comes after 25 min but rest meal comes after 40 minutes. They shud know that we r all together and food shud comes all together. This is a common sense which they don't even.

5/11/21 - had a beautiful dinner and lovely time at the Platform 28 restaurant. From the get-go, Brie our Waitress was absolutely wonderful, she had a good knowledge of the menu. The food and wine selection were great. Particularly liked that the restaurant spaced the tables so well that it wasn't noisy in the slightest. Thanks Platform 28!

Great atmosphere, Great service, food bought out in a very timely fashion even though it's was so busy you could hardly move. Food was excellent and steak was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place, it was kid friendly and had a loud but very relaxed atmosphere. Bar drinks at great prices and a few good specials with plenty of great tasting beer on tap

Good pub for a brew and some grub! Close to Etihad stadium so a great apot before the footy. . Staff are great considering the number of people they get coming through; with only one or two of being grumpy guss's.
Food is typical pub food but with some specialty dishes too. Give it a whirl if your down that end of town for a pleasant meal in a warm and low-lit pub.

What a lovely venue.
We had a work function here and it went really well. Room to mingle, room to dance, a deck for some fresh air.
Staff were friendly and the food was lovely with plenty of vegetarian options which was important for our group.
The venue is easily separated into 'rooms' with upstairs and downstairs areas that can be sectioned off if your having a private function.
Security were visable but not in the way or in your face which was comforting being a new person to the area.
Plus for me personally was that it was across the road from my accommodation so once my

Used to be a go-to for both pre-footy drinks and work lunches over the past few years, it's still nice to visit Platform 28 every now and again.
You'll rarely find it quiet (make sure you book for Thurs/Fri lunches) and the food and beer is on the pricey side for pub fare - although there are cheap food options like the wraps for those watching their coin.
Never plan on going here, as honestly there is nothing too majorly exciting here, but always enjoy myself when here with a group.
