One of the Best Vietnamese Street Food in Melbourne! PHO NUNG 530 was founded in 2017. Initially, having as main Vietnamese restaurant of BEST QUICK SERVICE in the inner west of the Melbourne CBD. Renowned Pho cooking recipe is from our traditional family. We would like to bring the delicacy of Northern Pho Exquisiteness with the vibrant modern life.
Our signature Ph originates from the Northern part of Vietnam(Ha Noi). Slow-cooked broth, full of goodness and flavours, contains fresh salads, ginger, onions, coriander, star anise, chilli, pepper and cassia bark. Steamed rice with fresh lettuce, salads, cucumber, pickled carrots & radish, served with a side of clear soup.

Human to human connection, culture and culinary exchanges elevate Pho Nung beyond the pedestrian realm of 'Just another Vietnamese pho joint'.
From the handmade Vietnamese decor to the lemon spice accompanying your meal, Pho Nung fares quite well on taste, and better on the wallet.
And the taste certainly was there, although I arrived during a lull in service, and would have preferred my chicken curry to have been prepared fresh rather than reheated.
