Having read Stuart's review below I felt I had to reply to it. I have been a patient of Flora's for over a year I have found her and her team to be nothing but professional, caring and gentle. AND Flora and her team follow all hygiene protocol for her patients safety as well as their own.
As a patient and never having any issues I find his AGRESSIVE accusations extremely offensive and maybe coming from a misogynist who cannot handle females.

Thanks so much Dr.flora and Prime Dental Group Thurnbory. I had dental clean for last 5 years and you are the best one. I am really impressed by how thorough and detailed this dental clean goes and how patient and careful Doctor is. Also I had wisdom tooth extractions with minimum pain and I recovered in less than 2 days.

WORST DENTAL EXPIRIENCE i've had in my 33 years! I went in for a tooth extraction . The so called dentist butchered my mouth in a clumsy 2 hour sitting. She insisted we stop half way so she could see a regular patient of hers and continue once she was finished with him. Im pretty sure I saw the assistant put the same bib I had on on the other client. I've never seen so much blood come out of my mouth. its day 3 and I'm still in pain and bleeding has not stopped. My procedure cost me a whopping $480 when I usually pay $200. Do yourself a favor and trust my review. It's the only genuine review about

Definitely can say that the service here is up to a high standard. It's very rare for me to find dentists I feel comfortable around as I have had negative experiences in the past, however, Dr Flora is the best person I have seen and I cannot commend her enough for her fantastic service in which she provides to her patients.
