Incompetent and zero professionalism. I called in May and spoke with the dentist himself. Asked if they took our insurance. Yes they did. So I booked an appointment for my 4 year old and almost two year old. Next available was August. Two weeks ago my 4 years old was told he has a hole in his heart and needs open heart surgery but needs those two teeth tended to, especially the cracked one with the gum coming through. Told the cardiac surgeon I already had an appointment booked with a dentist and it was happening on the 17th. Great they booked his open heart surgery for three weeks out, that way
