This company is absolutely dodgy and unprofessional. I am a landlord and had the misfortune of engaging this company. They do not inspect your property professionally, they have little to no experience or skills in the industry and charge money for management
that will inevitably damage your investment. Then when you try to resolve with the management, you will be addressed rudely. Do not under any circumstances waste your time and money here.

The way they bully tenants out of bond money is ridiculous, the level of cleaning "required" to receive bond money back is atrocious, the quarterly inspections are so intrusive it's borderline illegal, and they allow zero wear and tear. Disgusting real estate. Wouldn't rent through them again and won't be buying a home through them either.

Prospective tenants be warned! This agency was managing a property I was renting in Singleton. Throughout the whole process, they have been unethical and unprofessional. It’s almost always impossible to speak to someone, they hardly ever return phone calls or emails. When they do, they write or say something and then go ahead and do the opposite. I would not recommend them nor would I deal with them again and based on my experience, I strongly advice everyone to do the same. I will look into this further and report them to the real estate licensing authority.

House fell down around us. Left homeless for 5 weeks my ten year old and I. Lies standover tactics all in writing. ... Loss if income and animals that were my income. Living in most disgusting street in Singleton due to these people. Renters... Landlords beware. Flashy signs may look good on the outside but its what's inside that matters. Pushing mY friend to sell her property with furniture so they make the money ... On house as well as land. But friend would make 95% more selling items separate. Greedy and unprofessional and I'll never forgive them. We are destitute. Go to fullers or ray white
