I have been nothing but happy with their services and have found them to be very easy to deal with! I have also found them to be great agents with a super great commission rate compared to other agents and their achieved sale price on my properties to far outweigh my expectations. If only I can give no star rating. Pethitic realestate. Very unprofessional, just beware even if you get your bond fully back, all your bond will go on other cleaners to meet the realestate specs even though the houses are not well maintained and clean when you move in. Nothing get fixed and when you raise concerns they brush it under the carpet. Avoid this realestate at all cost.

I have been a tenant for 12 years and owner of multiple property for 2 years and dealt with dozens of sales/rental agents. Andrea and her team here at RPG are hands down one of the most disgraceful rental managers I have ever come across. She was engaged to evict a tenant and manage a property after the eviction. During the whole process I was mislead to believe that actions were taken and she was following proper steps and has made applications to QCAT, etc. The fact is it was 3 months of negligence and lies and they have just been sitting on their hands and doing nothing. They wasted 3 months
