I have never been this sad and depressed before in my life, but after I spoke with two different evolution team members Joe and the second person Debby this morning 13/01/2022. I was belittled and addressed as a poor lady with unclean credit score by Debby in Ashford Evolution. She stated this several times without any apology. This is because I wanted to rent A property at Chaffinch Drive Park Farm, with my earning of 36,650 and credit score 5O5 out of 585 in my area.

Through out the whole process from start to finish I have been so impressed with Evolution. The quality of photos and videos taken of my property was very impressive which helped sell my property within 24 hours of going live!
The after sales care has been fantastic, they dealt with all enquiries, no matter how big or small quickly which really help take away any stress on my part. All staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Our letting process started little painful due to couple of issues with the referencing steps. But Michelle helped us with a highly professional attitude. The house we rented was nicely cleaned and ready to live. Roy gave us the grand tour and explained everything in short but a very detail way. Within our first day we found out that the main water valve was leaking a bit and needed a replacement. Guys at the maintenance department sent us a plumber in matter of hours time and the guy fixed and replaced the valve in no time.
