Wedged between Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast, Beenleigh has suddenly emerged as Queensland tourism's star on the rise. The south east Queensland town was the biggest mover in a list of the state's tourism hot spots compiled by leading travel company Wotif.com. In the same time, occupancy in the Brisbane CBD increased just two per cent while the Gold Coast hinterland rose four per cent.

Chivaun Shortis is a delightful and lovely lady. Her professional manner and appearance is joy to deal with. Property manager has been great, owner won’t fix or replace anything within a reasonable time frame (blinds missing 1+years, stoves broken 6+ months mould, water damage. Receptionist is pathetic! Doesn’t follow up or inform of matters. She alone has been a nightmare to deal with!
