GLM Dance Studio believes dance is for everyone. We nurture students of all ages, experience levels, backgrounds and abilities in a fun and enjoyable environment, inspiring them to be passionate about achieving their dance goals. GLM Dance Studio offers excellent dance classes in a variety of styles for all ages and experience levels.
GLM is co-owned and directed by Georgia Turner, Louisa Garling and Michelle Williams. The three directors are the principal teachers at GLM, each well qualified in their areas of expertise. Liz is GLM's Marketing Manager. She is passionate about communicating the unique personality and values of GLM Dance Studio by looking after our website, social media and much more.
Awarded annually, the Reeves Scholarship is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and promising GLM student to increase their training in a discipline of their choosing. Each year, the recipient of the Reeves Scholarship is awarded one year's tuition for an additional class of their choosing.
The Scholarship is donated by highly experienced dancer, choreographer and teacher, Sandra Reeves, who selects the recipient via a collaborative process with the GLM teachers and directors.

My daughters have been there for 10 years. They love it. It's a more relaxed school of dance. You can do exams or not. It's up to you. I'm sure if Glm had been that full on dance school we would not still be there. Im not interested in my daughter's being professional ballerinas but this school has given them confidence to be on stage, public speaking is easier for them, and they have a whole load of local friends that they don't go to school with. And just to add the teachers are beautiful role models.

I am an adult dancer. My wife gave me a term of dance classes at GLM and it has been a delight. I have stayed on for other terms and really enjoyed good teaching and progressing in my dance skills. I would really recommend other adult dancers to give GLM Dance Studio.

My daughter started in term 1 this year and is always keen to attend even with her busy school schedules. She often shows me what they have been practising and even now with lockdown is engaging with the online classes and Im more then hapy to vacate to my bedroom while she embraces her dancing skills progressions. Thanks ladies.

GLM Dance Studio is my favourite place to be each week. I spend more time at the studio than I do at home some days. The facilities are good, the staff are beyond excellent, and the community all work together to create a positive, happy and healthy environment for dancers of all ages and abilities to enjoy.
