Absolutely disgusting segregation and discrimination… caused because of your fear. NO OTHER AGENT HAS DEMANDED to show your vax status. How are you suppose to rent a property without seeing it? Great experience! I was a tenant with her for about 7 years. She's very straightforward and some people don't like that, but I love her no-nonsense approach. She's very professional and responsive, and very prompt and fair with all requests and any issues. She has high expectations of cleanliness and care of the property, which is fine by me! I'd highly recommend her to any landlord or tenant.

Absolutely abhorrent! I’m an elderly gentlemen, a small property I once rented. Pay my rent on, this I always do... And Paule Bane had the audacity to concoct a story, of which I was to have my lease cancelled on the premise the property was to he demolished. Well this was a farce! Everything she does is a complete farce! New tenants moved into meinen property of many a year immediately after I was evicted! This in the middle of a pandemic! For shame old hawk lady!

Paule is persistent and realistic. Her manner is direct and can be misconstrued as abrupt but she is efficient with very reasonable rates.
I recently sold my house through Paule Bane during a precarious and fluctuating market. She was attentive and did not recommend overspending on property renovations. Her advice was good and we were satisfied with the sale.

Paule looked after our rental property for well over 15 years. Her inspections were punctual and she was very fair with both us as landlords and the tenants involved. If someone renting had an issue she reported back to us immediately and sorted the problem to everyone's satisfaction. Her screening of prospective tenants was very thorough resulting in us having tenants that respected the property and were punctual with rental payments. She is very straight forward and clear.

I have been renting for nearly 2 years with Paule Bane as my Agent. She rented the property to me when I couldn't get other properties because I had no renting history. I took this property while my new house was being built. During this time I have been treated with the utmost courtesy. I have been given at least a week's notice for 6 monthly inspections and she arrived at the appointed time.
During my tenancy the gas space heater had to be fixed and also a hot water service be replaced. These jobs were attended to very promptly, and I was not inconvenienced in any way.

My family and I rented a property through Paule Bane for over 12 months. It was a harrowing experience. Illegal inspections, crack of dawn and late night abusive phone calls and unreasonable demands. Paule does not seem to be aware of the rules and regulations regarding tenants and their rights, or her responsibility to provide specified notice and time frames for appointments and viewings; oh and just basic, rudimentary manners. In the end, after having complained to the tenants tribunal about her and her outrageous conduct, it was deemed that all contact between us needed to be in written form
