I would like to thank Stuart and his team at Buckingham & Co. for selling my beautiful home in Airlie Rd, Montmorency.
Due to Covid-19 our campaign started off with two zoom meetings, conducted by Stuart and Emma who did a fantastic job.
After the restrictions were lifted, Stuart and his team put in an enormous amount of time and effort in getting all of the potential buyers through culminating in a fantastic result.
From what we are led to believe Stuart from Buckingham & Co. now has the record price for Montmorency.

From the moment we called the Greensborough Buckingham office we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming receptionist. We were transferred straight through Stuart Buckingham. From that first phone call with Stuart we knew we had found the right company to sell our house! Then we met Emma Mirams who looked after our open inspections and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. I would just like to say how happy we were with Ryan Buckingham. He at all times kept us informed of all leads and was very professional in his approach. He achieved a very good price for us even when it would have been easier to take a lower offer but on his advice we stayed the course and we were very happy with the results. In future I will use Ryan to sell all of our properties.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the whole Buckingham Team. Our house was tenanted (also through Buckingham & Company) at the time we needed to sell. The team at Buckingham worked with our tenants to support them in finding another property so we could proceed with the preparation of the house for sale. The advice from Stuart on getting the house prepared for sale was spot on. We spent in the right areas to ensure the house was shown off at it's best without wasting money on unnecessary updates that added no value to a prospective buyer. To sell the home of a deceased family member is a harrowing experience. We were advised that we ought to use a local agent to get the best price and we were referred to a couple in particular. Unfortunately, they came across as arrogant, dismissive and hungry for a sale.
