A comprehensive psycho-educational assessment, to identify gifted and talented students, which includes a behaviour assessment, considering the student, the teacher and the parents perspective, costs in average $1,550.
In the first appointment, you will present the issue that requires assessment. Then an interview will be carried to obtain information needed to carry the assessment. The testing process lasts between one to two sessions. At the end of the assessment, a confidential report will be written and handed to you.

Dr. Amend is fantastic! Well worth the drive down, from Cincinnati. He is well spoken and not in the least bit condescending, frank and tactful with his delivery of information. I appreciated that he gave me a heads up about my son possibly being twice exceptional. Living a few hours away from the office, Dr. Amend has made himself available through computer conferences multiple times over the past year. As parents of a young son, new to the journey of exceptionally, Dr. Amend has been our saving grace. My young son absolutely loved working with Dr. Amend as well!
