Services
Our adult therapy services will help you work through life's challenges using effective evidence-based psychological therapies. We tailor our services and approach to your individual needs, with an approach designed to reduce distress and improve psychological well-being and functioning. We also offer therapy services for individuals seeking support through workers compensation or insurance claims.
To offer suitable therapy for young people, we must ensure they feel safe, relaxed and ready to communicate. Our clinical psychologists are trained and experienced in creating fun and engaging environments to address child and adolescent issues, and can tailor developmentally appropriate therapies to meet your child's individual needs.
Structured treatment programs to help you break free from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Most people experience intrusive thoughts or compulsions at some point in their lives. Some people also demonstrate personality and behavioural quirks around liking things to be done perfectly or in a certain way.
It can be challenging as couple or family unit to meet everyone's needs when faced with the many pressures, stresses and distractions that everyday life brings. Family and couples therapy can be useful when excessive stress, grief, anger or other form of conflict have taken your relationships beyond 'complex' - to become unhealthy.
By offering additional social support and motivation, group therapy can be an effective and cost-effective form of treatment for some people. Our Break Free from OCD group offers an evidence-based treatment approach using cognitive-behaviour therapy techniques including exposure and response prevention strategies (CBT-ERP).

Sonja was able to grasp complex extended family dynamics very quickly, and offer practical suggestions for myself and for dealing with those family members and difficult situations. She has been so helpful- very caring and understanding, but also very progressive and proactive - improvements were achieved very rapidly. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
