We treat back pain more than any other muscular condition at Advanced Myotherapy & Remedial Massage. Bulging and Herniated spinal discs is something we have extensive experience in dealing with at our clinics. I saw Josie two weeks ago and it was the best experience. It was my first time receiving Myotherapy treatment but she took the time to explain everything and to listen to understand my situation and previous diagnosis. Josie has amazing energy and she is very professional! The place was nice, clean, and cozy. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend.

Discovered this place after receiving a gift voucher from a friend overseas. So glad I did! Advanced myotherapy has a really nice calming space with large rooms for treatment. Josie treated my lower back pain and really listened and focused on where it hurt. She also gave tips on how to look after my lower back to relief the pain for afterwards!

This place is amazing, Came in with severe tension in my shoulders and neck, preventing me from moving properly. After one session of myotherapy and dry needling, i've never felt so much relief! Highly recommend, will be back :)

Could not recommend Advanced Myotherapy any more if I tried! The staff there are welcoming, approachable and took the time to explain the process of dry needling with it being my first time. I had my first remedial massage session yesterday (5 July 2021) and was really pleased with the service I received (dry needling and deep tissue massage for shoulders/neck/upper back). The staff who attended to me (Josie) was extremely professional and answered all of my (many) questions. The studio itself is well kept and smells great- making you instantly feel at ease.
I was also provided with after-care tips and exercises to help prevent repeat muscle tension build up in the treated areas. I will definitely be returning!

I have had back/neck issues for a long time and in January 2019 I had a really bad sciatic incident. It has improved but I'm left with residuals and the back/neck issues continue. I heard about Advanced Myotherapy on a Facebook Group I belong to and decided to try them. The Carlton Clinic is very near me, and I found them friendly and efficient. A… small clinic, lovely environment - I really like the soft music and subdued lighting. Elizabeth is very strong, so it hurt somewhat but that's OK, I know it helps. And best of all, my NECK!! It was like a miracle, so much relief and movement after
