I bought the couples package and it was better than I expected! The steam room was clean, the foot massage was great.
The only thing I would point out is that the foot massage is only around 10mins and the 20mins remaining is just your feet soaking in the bath. I didn’t mind it too much because you can sip your alcohol/juice and have a chat with your partner. We even got snacks and that was very nice.
The massage bed was very comfortable. The room and ambience was relaxing and the massage had good amount of pressure. I fell asleep during the head massage because I was that relaxed

Overpriced.
Not a bad massage, but you could get a better massage for half the price in a shopping centre.
The masseuse felt a bit inexperienced. Not terrible, just slightly sub-par and therefore, overpriced.
I filled out on the tablet where on the body to focus on, and then communicated these spots at the start and during the massage. The masseuse just gave a generic everywhere a little bit massage with no specific focus.
I also booked a deep tissue massage. It wasn’t deep tissue. I understand everyone has different pressure level they prefer or expect, but I asked for harder and most of

Kana has the most amazing hands!! Her hands need to be made into a bronze sculpture due to the skill she has to pin point problem areas when conducting a remedial massage. Only my second visit today, however l was still remembered by staff , which was quite impressive customer service considering they see so many clients. I am now definitely a life long member of the spa. I highly recommend this service, because like me, once you try it, you will be back!!!

Good spot for a massage and body treatment. Been here many times and always pretty happy. My only criticism is that the treatment rooms are directly off from the reception area, so sometimes unfortunately you can hear people outside while you're trying to relax. Please tell people to use their spa voice if someone is receiving a treatment.
