Customer service really poor, got a pair of excel rim from them last year, came out after few months that it was clearly faulty. They replaced at my postage delivery expenses (80 dollars) which they don t want to refund me ( saying they paied the new rim "out of their pocket" when the one that got a cracked rim for 500 bucks was me.. ), even if I paied their job at gold price.
No answer to emails, their supplier (JTR)even say they r not answering their question about the warranty on the rim.

I don’t usually make the effort to write a review, but after dealing with The team from Ash’s spokes and wheels recently, it was a great experience !
Product is amazing and the outcome and combination of finishes was completed to what we originally discussed.
They even made the effort to install my tyres to the new rims! The care factor shown by the technicians is hard to find these days.
Well done and highly recommended!!

These guys are the best, other Spoke Wheel repair guys always make a big deal out of custom work and always manage to take ages to make spokes up. Not Ash's he always get our stuff done in quick time, great prices and spot on products. Highly recommend him for Motocross and Specialty work. We use them and we are over a 1000Kms away from their shop!
