Our courses are all delivered by our highly qualified One Addiction Q-Ride rider trainers accredited by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). Our One-on-One lessons are tailored around personal skill development and can be as simple as working on clutch control and slow ride to advanced roadcraft techniques, including; throttle over brake, street body posture, heavy braking / emergency stop and much more, with one of our qualified qride team.
The Q-Ride pre-learner course is the mandatory course to obtain a motorcycle learner's permit in Queensland and is the first step of your motorcycling journey. The course is designed to help new riders gain basic riding knowledge and motorcycle handling skills in a safe environment before learning to ride on the road.
The Q-Ride RE course is the next step in your motorcycling journey once you have held your RE learners licence for at least 3 months (at least 1 year if you got an exemption from the pre-learner course). You must undertake the Q-Ride restricted (RE) course on a learner approved motorcycle which we provide free of charge at One Addiction.

I’ve just starting to know about bikes and did the a ride pre learners, The instructor had tons of experience and knew what he was talking about he was super absorbent with other new riders and myself, He’d give tips and tell you what you are doing wrong and how to improve very friendly. That the end of my two day course I know more about bikes and how to operate an bike in a safe manner, it also gave me an insight on do I want to commit to ride an motorbike and I can say I do I’m am excited to continue my Journey and hope to come back to learn more. I did my pre learners bike safety course through One Addiction. Jack Muller was our instructor and he was a wealth of knowledge I can not recommend them enough! I was an absolute novice and with 2 days of controlled riding he had endowed me with the confidence needed to ride on the road. and on top of that he gave me advice on purchasing my first bike post course completely of his own accord.
