We replace most non-touch laptop screens, usually with next day turnaround and Apple Mac screens with a 7 to 10 day turnaround. Insurance quotes and reports are prepared from our work shop. We have spare parts for nearly every brand at our disposal, so your fix might be as simple as a replacement that we can perform the same day.
We know the worth of your digital items but some things, such as precious photos and documents, can be invaluable to the owner. If you have important data that is lost on a hard drive, flash drive or SSD, we can assess the situation and attempt to recover your valuable data for you, but if not possible for us to do, we can arrange for top tier providers to quote you for data recovery.
We understand that life is busy and time is valuable. In the instance that you are unable to make it out to our office, we can offer Remote support for IT. We use tools like TeamViewer, Google Remote Desktop and Microsoft Remote Desktop to perform offsite work. We know things don't always go as planned, especially when it comes to malfunctions or technical difficulty.

What a great experience! I needed a fan replaced in my 2014 Mac Mini. Justin gave me a competitive quote over the phone to replace the fan, and I brought it in.
On entry to this unassuming premises, Justin proceeded to replace the fan on the spot as I waited. In 10 minutes the operation was completed and everything was working perfectly.
Definitely on my recommended list of repairers.

I called him for my 18 months old IMac, which had been having problem with display and was very slow. I tried to do trouble shooting with apple, but as it was over one year, they didn't do it. He said, I still can fix it by Apple service centre under warranty. I went to apple centre, they changed my display and hard drive without any cost. I really appreciate his recommendation. What an honest advice!

These guys are great! 2013 MacBook Air broke down. They gave me the best advice, advice that they knew would not earn them a cent. I actually called another Apple Service centre in Lismore and they advised me to bring it in and pay a bunch of money and wait 2-3weeks just for an assessment. So I am greatful for the free and good quality advice these guys gave me 🙏 Honest, polite and respectful business.

Very decently priced also as they saved me $2,000 on having to buy a brand new computer! I choose this place based on the positive reviews online, and I’m happy I did my homework. Justin was great. Very knowledgeable & happy to answer any questions I had. Sadly my iMac was past saving, but he made sure my information was saved & gave me a few good ideas about where to go from here. The price was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back if any new issues crop up.

Excellent quality and friendly service. Mac was no longer charging and was quoted $90. Ended up my MacBook was toast however my hard drive was taken out put into some contraption and I can now access my files or fully restore everything by plugging it into another Mac. Was only charged $40 and given advise on new laptop to purchase. Thanks so much!! If I need anymore service I will definitely be back. :D
