Techwell have been great to work with ever since we installed our TIPT system, always very responsive and helpful. We recently made some system changes that were trickier than anticipated and Montanah was a real star! Shocked at the poor service. Like most businesses, we rely on phones to be able to operate. We needed to shift buildings and asked for a payout figure $13,000 so we had the equipment moved which is now not working. This cost us $1100 now they want $700 from us to come and fix the equipment they installed. I tried to discuss this on the phone with them to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Kirk from Techwell for many years now and he has been absolutely amazing. There have been times when we haven't been able to get results from anyone else (anywhere in the world) and Dave has been the man. We are so lucky that we have had him at the end of our phones when there has been an emergency, or even if we need new mobile phones. He is always so happy to help and actually gets things done. He always returns calls and emails and Techwell are really lucky to have him.

We have been using Techwell's services for approx 3 years. They have been fantastic, very prompt and professional service. Taking the pressure off us having to communicate with our phone service provider when there have been issues. Had a small equipment issue, Techwell rectified it ASAP. Highly recommend Techwell, Lindsay and all his team really are THE BEST.
