I absolutely love Dr. Ghelani and her staff. Most doctor’s offices have miserable front desk staff but this place is totally different. I’ve never had a bad experience! All staff are always smiling and very very very welcoming! My husband and I both go here and plan to keep her as our family doctor when we move to Welland next month!

Dr. Nathoo is my primary care physician and he's wonderful! Helpful, always takes time to address my concerns and I never feel rushed. He's always open to trying new options and educating me on all my choices.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. I don't care about the appearance of the clinic (it's quite dated inside), as the level of care is excellent.

I got banned from this clinic after asking for help for a chronic pain issue. All I did was inform them I was in too much pain to see my regular doctor in Burlington and needed "something to help me get there". I was crying from the pain and was treated like I was some sort of addict when I was just looking for relief like every normal person does when going to a doctor.
The doctor asked what I wanted, and when I told them I would take anything helpful I was asked to leave without explanation. I was told that they do not service drug seekers (how rude to call me a drug addict/seeker).

This clinic certainly all sorts of colorful downtown characters ;)
It certainly deserves more than 3.3 stars though. I have always had a good experience here with the friendly staff. The wait time can be unpredictable though, so be mindful of the cutoff time for intake if you have to come in closer to their closing time.

Friendly staff and a helpful doctor. Also handled my situation very well, given the circumstances, and removed my stitch pain/blood free. Only complaint is the chairs are uncomfortable if you are in pain, but I won't go down a star for just that. Would definitely recommend and I will go back if I need a walk-in again.
Note: Like most walk-ins wait times can be drawn out. So unless you show up bright and early at open time, expect a 45 to 90 minute wait. It gets busy after 10-11am to close.

I've been to a couple of Walk In Clinics in the Hamilton area recently and have to say Medical Arts Walk In Clinic (on James St S. in the Medical Arts building) by far has to be the best Walk In I have been at. Very clean and spacious facilities. The doctor I saw was super nice with great bed-side manners and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and actually enjoyed looking after patients! Best of all, I was in and out in 30 mins!
Thank you docs and staff ...I'll be back and will let all my contacts know about Medical Arts Walk In.

I don't really know how walk-in clinics work, but each time I've visited this one I've had a different doctor, the last visit will be my final due to Dr. Randazzo. She was awful, came in with attitude that I was already ruining her life, by her actions. Apparently I was supposed to be medically trained to know what was wrong with me already and to pick the proper next steps and not ask her for her professional opinion. Wherever this so called doctor is, do yourself a major favour and stay away, unless you are looking to have your day ruined.
