I have used MPPM across multiple properties over more than 4 years. They provide old fashioned service and take pride in what they do. Each property was well managed and I received regular updates, prompt payment and access to skilled trades people who delivered prompt and professional service when needed.

When searching for a Property Manager, we had 2 main priorities in mind.
They were to find someone who would put our tenant's needs first and someone local in the area.
Kim certainly answered our prayers.
She was always available and very prompt with her replies.
Kim was also very proactive in advising us of any changes to Queensland law and what we needed to do to comply with these changes.
Another great aspect was that Kim always engaged local tradespeople , therefore boosting the local economy.

I have nothing but appreciation for MyPPM. In all my years of renting I have never had property manager’s so kind, honest and understanding.
I rented a beautiful little house on Bribie Island for 12 months through them and found both Jodie and Kim very professional, genuine people with excellent communication.
They are so efficient with everything they do and it really made renting easy. I’d look forward to inspections because it was always nice to have a chat with such beautiful ladies.
They’ve set the bar high for good real estate agents and I honestly cannot recommend them enough!
