The problem was tooth nerve pain and unable to sleep due to it. As I was the last emergency appointment on a Saturday, the Dentist looked at his watch and decided to take xrays, inject 3 times and perform a filling. This did not address the root cause and ended up causing more pain. My usual dentist which I had to see two days later as the pain was worse, said an experienced dentist should had identified that a root canal was requried based on my problem. My experince felt like patient neglect and a money grab. I am giving it two stars and not one as the receptionist was nice.

Robert from Alderley dental has been absolutely amazing i came with extensive damage to my teeth and had lost my smile. Robert and the team at Alderley dental worked out the best course of action to take and now I have my smile and self confidence back. I received an excellent service today at the Alderley Dental clinic. Dr. Zhang’s many years of dental experience showed in the care that I received today. Really happy with Dr. Robert and his team at Alderley Dental. We have been long term patients for many years now. He is great with the kids and always gives high level results. Robert has a very steady hand, and I'm impressed with how gently he can guide and deploy an anesthetic needle. He's always kept me informed of the process I'll be going through, and all of the options I may have. All of his work has proved to be durable, and has never failed or caused me any further trouble.
I always come away from Alderley Dental feeling respected, cared for, and confident in the quality of the work.

I recently underwent my first major dental work at Alderley Dental and the job Robert did on my teeth was exceptional. I am petrified of dentists after bad experiences as a child but Robert managed to keep me at ease even when I had multiple appointments that took on average 3-4hrs each visit. I would highly recommend Alderley Dental for both routine check ups and major work. Thank you Robert for my new smile :)

Excellent services, clean facilities and professional staff. This is my local clinic but I’m so surprised that every time when I go there for regular appointments, I have to fill paper forms. It would be much easier to keep this information online. I would recommend to create a web form and keep this record on your systems.

Thought that - as usual - I had an appointment with Robert, but was attended by Dental Hygienist instead. No prior consultation. No explanation given. The face shower during the procedure was a new adventure. And all at same price previously paid for Robert's services. On the up side, appointment was pretty much on time. (Robert has always been late - even for first appointment of the day.) My time is as important to me as yours is to you Robert.
