Established by Brisbane mainstay Lawrence Hocking in 2009, the aim of Seventh Circle Studio is to deliver world-class tattoos and showcase the talents of some of the best tattooists in Brisbane. Seventh Circle Studio has grown from strength to strength. Starting as a small four-person operation in a tiny street shop, the studio now houses 9 artists.

Services
Since 2009 Seventh Circle Studio's tattoo artists have been creating high quality tattoos in our Woolloongabba studio. Our creative process ensures that your tattoo is just as you envisaged, and that you absolutely love it. The Seventh Circle team consists of some of the best tattoo artists in Brisbane.
The entrance is located next to the Stanley Street rear entrance of an arcade called "Pincadia". As we are a private studio we have very little signage. There is a wooden A frame out front, and a glass door. You will find us by heading up the stairs to level two (the top level). If you are still having issues, please feel free to give us a call and we will help you find us!
Minimum deposit is $150. Deposits are held & included in your final session & may not be used any earlier. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your tattoo appointment, your deposit is forfeited to compensate the artist. A new deposit must be paid when rebooking. For deposits made by PayPal please call or email once you have paid your deposit to let management know it's on its way.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Lawrence and his team! I stopped in late on Friday afternoon, without a booking, and Lawrence volunteered to stay late to do my tattoo. He was Flexible, hospitable and helpful and produced a tattoo that I am absolutely thrilled with!! Thank you, Lawrence. See you when I get my next one :)

Just a brilliant old place with high lofty ceilings. Air conditioning inside, spacious with the artist each working and really enjoying their craft. I saw Danielle for a second time. Love that she takes time to discuss and prepare a stencil outline. Then applies this to my skin, marking where the tattoo will be. I get a chance to view in the mirror. Then the work starts. Last time was lower back but this time on chest over the heart. I lay on a couch and hardly fetch the inking. Aftercare is also done with care. And, plenty of advice about the days to follow. Can't talk more highly about Danielle

Ok, beware the stairs, there are a lot of them. The team at 7th Circle are very professional and experienced, whatever style you want, they can do. From Norman Collins to modern Japanese, they have the artist for you. The prices are right, though not cheap but who wants cheap art? Personally recommend Stephanie Stiletto, she's my go to.

I recently got a tattoo with Danielle Chisolm (Instagram: @danielle_chisholm_tattoo). AMAZING. Danielle was great from start to finish - I couldn't recommend her more. I've had a tattoo before, but quite some time ago. She was very patient and started out very slow - checked I was handling the pain ok. I think she would be great for someone getting a first time tattoo - she will take care of ya! :) I am beyond happy with the result and whole process. Her lines are SO CLEAN. She's friendly, profession and a lot of fun to work with. Very, very talented lady who perfects her work. Check out her instagram

Had my Eyebrows done by the Gorgeous Mel today.

I was really nervous about getting my first tattoo. I was welcomed so warmly and staff were so understanding and caring about my anxiety. I was shown the design and it was more beautiful than I had imagined. The tattoo hurt but not as bad as I imagined. Ly did an incredible job, she is incredibly talented. She has a gift that most of us can only aspire to. When I finally looked at the finished piece, a brand new, stunning dragon on my leg, I was thrilled. I am very happy and my experience from start to finish was so good. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
