A Q-Switched laser is the ideal tool for effectively removing complex and multi-coloured tattoos. Q-Switched lasers produce very short pulses of intense light, which harmlessly pass through the top layers of your skin. The light is then is selectively absorbed by treatment-specific pigments the ink.
Many lasers on the market, whilst effectively shattering the ink in dark skin tones can also effect the melanin in the skin, causing the colour to darken or lighten around the treated area. Many tattoo removal clinics do not possess lasers which can provide safe treatment to darker skin tones. The QX Max laser is capable of delivering a 1064 nm wavelength, which is poorly absorbed by melanin, making this the only laser suitable for darker skin.
Even though medical research has been conducted into the use of lasers to remove tattoos since the 1960s, it was not really until the new breed of lasers emerged in the early 2000s that it became a popular and viable competitor to the other removal methods discussed above. It is important to remember not all lasers are suitable for removing tattoos.

Tash answered all of my questions and in detail with such professionalism it blow my socks off. No questions were an issue. I felt comfortable throughout the initial session and in all of the tattoo removal sessions I have had to date. The location is very convenient and the office is well kept, clean and has a calm feeling. Aftercare instructions are very clear and you receive a pack to take with you. 100 stars for this amazing woman. Her friendly, funny and kind nature makes the minimal pain so bearable. Could not recommend this place more. I’ve had a couple sessions, I’m so happy with my results. The aftercare pack is faaantastic. Such a clean and happy environment. QUALITY!!!!!

I have been going to Tash for a few months now, she is the best and so professional at her job. I feel so conformable and clam when im around her. Tash just has so much energy in her job but i guess it makes her clients happy. I'm so grateful i have found a tattoo removal place with so much energy and passion, as it makes me as a client feel comfortable and happy when going in. (kinda makes me not as scared or in pain) Tash is the bomb! and a lovely person.
