Services
With 30 years' experience as a Law Clerk and Conveyancer, Angela is the Owner/Operator of Ideal Conveyancing. Angela is a certified and licensed Practicing Conveyancer and prides herself on keeping abreast of industry regulations as part of her continuous professional development. This in turn provides security and peace of mind for her valued clients.
Upon receipt of your instructions and Contract and Section 32 from your agent we review the documents to ensure the Contract and Section 32 contain all of the necessary information. Our correspondence to you will outline any restrictive covenants, encumbrances or outstanding items to be attended to.
As a vendor selling a property you must provide a Section 32 Statement (Vendor's Statement). We will prepare the Section 32 in accordance with your instructions and forward it promptly to your chosen Real Estate Agent. We can only prepare the Section 32 based upon the information you provide, therefore you need to ensure you disclose full details of the property, we will guide you through the requirements.
What is Conveyancing? Conveyancing is the process to transfer the legal title or ownership of land from one owner to another. 2. Why do I need a Conveyancer? Whilst the definition of Conveyancing may appear simple the complexities involved through a conveyancing transaction can leave the inexperienced or amateur in a load unexpected trouble.

We've purchased our first home few months ago and we used Ideal Conveyancing as it was recommended by colleague from work.
Team at Ideal was really good and as a First Home Buyers we had plenty of questions and they were really patient with us and helpful in explaining the process and all the steps and guiding us through the whole buying process.
