At Mordialloc Preschool we provide a stimulating environment that enhances a child's self esteem through a play-based program.
We implement best early childhood practice in our work to create fun, child initiated, child directed and adult supported classes. Our programs focus on the developmental areas of identity, community, wellbeing, and communication and reflect children's interests, abilities, and environmental influences.

Services
Our teachers are specially trained at university level with Early Childhood qualifications and our assistants have a minimum Certificate III in Children's Services. Teachers are VIT certified and undertake professional development activities to keep up to date with current teaching practices and develop new ideas.
We acknowledge our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Owners of the land on which our kindergarten is located. We pay our respects to all Elders past and present, and the future leaders growing today. We thank them for sharing their lands and waterways on which we learn and play together.
Cooperative learning and play opportunities alongside dedicated and professional Educators. Help as each child learns to interact effectively, to balance their own rights, needs and feelings with those of others. Children are actively involved in a high-quality early childhood program relating to their individual needs and interests.

Love this cute little pre-school and stoked to see in the paper they have funding for building a new one. Teachers are terrific and a key to why we have sent our two little ones here, we will miss out on the new building but I'm sure the new diggs will not change the wonderful community spirit the kinder has. Keep up the great work, if we manage to have another baby I will definitely send it here.
