Do not trust these guys! I ordered a rear diff for 2006 BMW X5 , they send out a 2009 model rear diff that would not even bolt up. So they organised to get it picked up, I boxed it beautifully for them. I then had to call them 4 days later to ask if they received it and for a full refund. They agreed to to refund at this point. We'll now it's been over 5 phone calls and multiple emails over a 1 week period and into week 2 now to chase up my money and I keep getting told the same thing Marion is the boss and he is the only person that can refund me. Well now I've had to lodge a complaint with Dept

I placed an order on 28th April and immediately paid by direct deposit.
Since then I have contacted them on several occasions to pursue when I would receive goods.
It is now the 25th May and I still haven't received my order.
I now believe they had no intention of supplying the goods.
I have lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading NSW.
I suggest you seek an alternative supplier.
I did eventually receive a refund although it took three months and numerous contacts to arrange.
