I recent needed to upgrade space saving tyres for a better outcome 2 Factory mag wheels.
Obvious safety speed restrictions of 80km/hr have no longer apply.
These guys within 2 hours had sourced exactly what I needed at reasonable price. The mags wheels checked out to be straight + true, balanced ok.

Looked around at other wreckers for the part I needed, and this joint had the cheapest quote for what I was after. The blokes were helpful and honest, sold me practically a near new product going by the condition with zero faults for a bargain price. I'll definitely be returning, much cheaper and better than other wreckers in Seven Hills.

I ordered a retro fit Suzuki Jimny power steering assembly to replace worn out manual steering box
I have no trouble recommending this company
We live in south east Queensland so we are a long way from Sydney
The service I received from Darren was second to none
I had a couple issuses with parts not fitting and after a couple of phone calls all was sorted
He said he would ring me back after he check on the problem I had and he did
No yelling or screaming just good old fashioned service

Understand sometimes secondhand parts don't work. Do not understand the point blank refusal to refund for an obviously defective part. (They did offer replacement however we did not want to risk losing labour costs all over again so we fitted a genuine new part) Contacted Fair Trading who advised Brookvale Spares to issue refund to us. Through repeated emails and many many phone calls finally received refund over two months later - delay due to either deliberate avoidance, absolute indifference or sheer inefficiency. Appalling experience overall.

I gave 3 stars because it's says 3 stars means "it was OK". I couldn't rate it as 4 stars "I liked it" , or 5 stars " I loved it". I'll say it was OK, and yes I'll use them again if I need to but I'll be very upfront with my expectations and very tight in any follow up required. The service is good when you call up for pricing and options etc, pick… up and delivery etc is also good. My experience and the same experience I asked a few mechanics about was that if you need a refund or they are paying for the labour if a parts and labour warranty is applicable they Do actually pay , which is
