Tim and Lisa are appalling human beings. The way they treat their tenants is abhorrent. Especially to those who are experiencing tough times. Unsympathetic. I was experiencing extreme financial hardship due to covid as well as dealing with the death of my parents in a car crash. As a 20 year old student on a casual income, I was forced to look after my younger siblings as they had no where else to go however Lisa and Tim refused to let them stay. They knew of my horrendous predicament yet they tried to make it as if it were my fault.

There are some real estate agents and unscrupulous land lord's who in the rental crisis are using poor behavior to increase rents so ivoid the tribunal .
Lisa and Tim did this me.
We always paid on time and all we asked was a shower to b fixed that never was fixed by the owner .
He had 4 attempts at it and it was fixed properly.
So at the end lease we got terminated and they put there rent up by $70 a week .
When we where there the owner constantly turned up ununounce.
Lisa also wanted to get a locksmith to lock the doors the last week she failed to check that the last week was paid and made

Tenant for 3 years, and been great with interaction as if things needs to be done, it gets done effectively and efficiently. Open, friendly and authentic. During the Covid19, things went really south for me, and I appreciate with all my gratitude as was being engaged as person-focus with 0 judgement and avenue of ways to support. We have always found Leisa to be very professional, reliable and always replies to email and phone calls promptly. Leisa not only takes landlords interests On board but those of her tenants as well, which is why our experiences over the years with Leisa have all been positive.
