Our company supplies all owners' direct access to our system, so you can access your records 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our system also has an access point for tenants, where they can see all their payments and any outstanding monies. We also email tenants their receipts every time they make a payment, showing them, where they are paid up to, and also, any outstanding monies owed if any.

Very unprofessional. Reconsider if you're a prospective tenant. Prepare yourself for a big headache in the end when you vacate the property. They may charge you an arm and a leg for minor issues that other real estate agencies consider general wear and tear.
They have fake Google reviews and are asking their relatives to write them positive reviews to hide behind their poor customer service. For example Mo Ghazaleh that has given them a 5-star review because his wife Anne Ghazaleh works there.
