You have supplied proof of income so we can make sure that you're able to afford the rent. Just remember, if the rent is more than 30% of your total combined income, that it's probably not the property for you. You understand if approved, you'll be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of one week's rent immediately to secure your application.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with their service and duty of care.
- During COVID, 2 of 3 housemates lost jobs and they didn't offer any rent reduction, only offering us a repayment scheme WITH interest!
- Over and over again we reported issues with the property to no avail, gutters rusted to the point of dangling from the roof and still nothing... Eventually the rusted sharp dangerous gutter fell off, still no response!
- Finally sick of their terribly unprofessional ways we moved into a different property while they refused/too lazy to even lodge our bond claim, when we queried them on this, they said

Toni... where do I start...
The rudest, abusive, most condescending person I have met in my life. She will lie to you about everything. A simple request to get something fixed at the property will NEVER happen, even after numerous emails and calls. Takes over 6 weeks to get your bond back. DO NOT list your place with apple property and DO NOT rent from them.

I rang up to book a house inspection and was told I would receive an email soon and I had to confirm it. I did not receive an email so I called up the next day and they said they would do the process again. I had to call up a total of 7 times before they got me a booking and just did it on the phone.
When it came to the inspection day I turned up 20 min early and waited. 20min after the Inspection time no one turned up so I rang and they assured me their agent was on the way. Waited another 30mins and no one turned up so I called up again and they said they will personally call the agent and inquire

Glad to no longer rent with Apple Property Management. They consistently ignored repair requests, took 3 months to get a new lease organised and do not care for their tenants. Very unprofessional.
When I called to follow up requests for the second or third time the staff openly said "ohh Christopher (property manager) is slow, he takes a while to get onto things".
It took a month to get our bond back.
Do yourself a favour and rent through someone else!

Rented a house through Toni for the last year almost. The house was poorly maintained and falling apart - when leaving the house our bond was truly abused with incorrect amounts and no chance for explanations.
Save yourselves the headaches and if you have a choice go to another real state agents.
Apple property management is truly not proper serious agency if I could rate them lower I would.

My wife and I have rented through Apple Property for over five years now and are very happy with them. They are flexible with inspections when we have things on or people are unwell and they are prompt and clear communicators. They even helped us work with the land lord to amend our lease so we could get a pet!

As an investment property owner, I have never been able to fault the service provided to me by Apple.
Their inspections have always been thorough and when speaking to my tenants, they have always praised the prompt and professional service that they have received.

I have an investment property in East Maitland. Apple have looked after it for the previous owner and now myself for a combined total of about 10 years. We've always had the same tenant and the management of the property and the tenancy has always been on point. Every month my rent money goes in, every 3 months there are detailed routine inspections, every 6 months I get an awesome call from Louise to catch up with how things are travelling along and the repairs and maintenance are always dealt with promptly and appropriately. As a "hands off" investor, I have 110% confidence that my investment
