RepairTech via MSI support tell you to wrap the monitor a certain way.
I have done this and the monitor arrived damaged via there delivery company DPD. RepairTech are blaming me for incorrect packaging and are returning the monitor with no repair which is a joke.
I cannot even make a claim on the monitor as they are the contact for DPD.
Be warned when buying an MSI Monitor in the UK of there is a fault and the courier damages it in transit you don’t any protection. I hope this helps the next person in avoiding MSI and RepairTech.

I was worried, after seeing so many negative reviews, knowing that I would be required to use RepairTech for an RMA. However, my experience was positive and seamless - I was kept fully updated as the suspect unit was received, inspected, and then classed as faulty.

Hey guys I need to send my laptop MSI gt76 titan for repair but unfortunately I can see a lot negative comments. Can someone tell me how many days or they work. My laptop is not enimore in warranty soo...need to pay for repair? Thx .

The manager ‘Rudy’ was very abrupt and rude. Probably the worst case of customer service i have ever experienced.
On a good note the only positive and good customer service was delivered by a lady named ‘Karen’.
If Karen was the manager I’m sure this company would do a lot better.

Worse company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I sent a Hisense tv in which had a software issue for repair, the tv was in perfect condition. I then called nearly 4 weeks later after hearing nothing! I was told no repair was even attempted because it’s damaged. I sent in pictures before to evidence the condition (no crack in screen), this made no difference. I was basically told I had broken it after taking the photos and that it’s impossible they damaged it. In my opinion this is a con-company and I think the genuine reviews reflect this!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was very worried that something might go wrong as I had a feeling prior and then I also read these awful reviews that made me scared. Sent my nintendo switch lite through nintendo for repair. They did a good job and resolved the issue very quickly. Not sure they used original parts as the thumb grip is slightly different than the original was, it has black rubber underneath opposed to dark grey. They issued another 12 months' warranty and fixed the issue within 1 day and promtly shipped it back. Cannot complain at all!!! I packaged it with lots of bubble wrap according to nintendo instructions

Dreadful company. Carries out repairs for Nintendo. They damaged my switch. Thankfully I had photos and videos prior to sending this and how it was packaged. I recommend you do this as they will blame courier as they did here. They poorly packaged it but I believe they caused the damage first. If that wasn't bad enough they then sent it to the wrong address. After requesting they correct it the changed the name to something completely different. Incompetent and dishonest. I had to threaten legal action for refund of item before they and Nintendo resolved.

Sent a laptop in for repair - GE66 Raider worth £1500.
Initially claimed they couldn't cover it under warranty because the warranty sticker was broken - MSI confirmed later that this is not the case. Let that be good shared knowledge with anyone dealing with this company from MSI, you are legally allowed to removed the sticker to add or remove the SSD/RAM.
After MSI confirmed it was fine, they later came back to say the battery connector was damaged - Certainly not by me and thus unable to cover the repair, but to clarify they don't actually have a clue how to repair ANYTHING as their only solution

Terrible experience using this company. Sent my Samsung soundbar for a warranty repair as HDMI port was faulty, Repairtech damaged my product and are now asking me to pay over £200 to have it fixed! I have spent a year going back and forth between Samsung, Repairtech and DPD, in the end I have given up as Repairtech are not accepting fault. Avoid this company at all cost, appalling customer service!

Avoid at all costs!
Sent my Toshiba TV for a warranty repair (there were dark spots on the screen). got it back fairly quickly (in a week), but the fix was done super poorly and, in my humble opinion, my TV is now worse than it was before.
There is a gap between the frame of the TV and the screen which is shining bright-white light which is not supposed to be there. there are also a few little spots on the screen that weren't there before!
Extremely disappointed. I just don't understand, how could someone in their right mind OK this fix???
