We found Ian very friendly and easy to deal with and he did his best to accommodate our requests and sort out the extras such as finding window furnishings, putting up a fence and organising the crossover and driveway. When we flew over to view the property at handover everything was complete and ready for a tenant to move in.

Critical: Professionalism
I asked for a quote to build a home. Ian the owner said he would do it over the weekend. He didn't. Then he said he'd do it in a couple of days. He didn't. In fact over a week later and he still didn't. I wouldn't believe a word he says. How he's still in business honestly baffles me. Steer well clear.
