Services
Foot orthoses are shoe inserts designed to support, align, or improve the function of the foot. Orthoses provide valuable long-term solutions in the treatment and prevention of flat feet, high arched feet, corns and callous by redistributing the pressure of the body's weight on the feet. They are also often commonly referred to as 'orthotics'.
As a podiatrist our goal is to provide high quality foot care to patients. We are health professionals who deal with prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical conditions of the foot, ankle and lower limb. A podiatrist will treat everything from skin, nails, neurological and vascular complications, bones, joints and soft tissue injuries.
Recently at Beaconsfield Podiatry we have had Kim Collins join the clinic, she is available all day Tuesdays (9am to7pm). Kim is a fully qualified Osteopath and is an experts in her industry with extensive experience, knowledge and training. As Kim says, each person, condition and injury is UNIQUE, so osteopathic treatments and interventions will vary from person to person.

I recently attended Beaconsfield Podiatry Clinic with my husband and we are very dissatisfied with the service. The clinic requested the appointment be rescheduled to an earlier time at short notice, so my husband left work early and then we sat in the waiting room for over half an hour. My husband had orthotics put in his shoes and only after we asked at the end of the appointment were we told they were $95. I explicitly asked if my husband found them intolerable, could they be returned and the podiatrist confirmed that yes, they could be returned (otherwise we would have purchased the Scholl
