Sarah graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). Her passion of the human body began during her basketball career, while playing at a national competition level.
An intense interest in human anatomy and physiology combined with a dedication for helping others allowed this passion to become a reality. Sarah believes the best outcomes occur when you understand your condition and take an active role. At Cranbourne Osteopathy, we enjoy treating clients of any age, with any condition and from all walks of life. Our osteopaths are very passionate about osteopathy and health, and believe the best results can be achieved when we work together with our clients to achieve our common goal.
This is one we get asked a lot! It's always a tricky question to answer because obviously we can't speak on behalf of Chiropractors or Physiotherapists. We can tell you that while many of the treatment techniques are similar, the differences lie in the philosophy and principles behind why we are doing the things we do.

The girls at Cranbourne Osteo are top notch! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and keen to help.
As a Massage Therapist, I refer to other Allied Health Professionals regularly, so it's awesome to have some Osteo's that I know will look after my clients really well, and help me get them back on the right path after injuries.

I couldn't recommend Cranbourne osteopathy enough! I personally see Brea and every time she makes me feel comfortable and at ease with the treatment she is about to preform! She has helped me so much with all my annoying pains and injuries and always provides me with further at home stretches to continue to help.

This is rare. I went in this clinic as I injured my lower back on the zym. Lucky they were next to my zym. Emily did a thorough assessment, even wrote me a medical clearance for work next day and taught some exercises. I went in the front to pay, the gorgeous lady at the front desk said I didn't need to pay. I was shocked for a bit for their selfless act as we don't get many of this these days.
A great first impression but I guess I have found my lifetime osteopath clinic. Highly recommended.

Have had horrible back pain over the past few weeks, hadn’t been to an osteo for a few years and decided to look for one local. Had a look on google and found Cranbourne Osteopathy. Was such a surprise to see Mirae who I had previously seen at another clinic is here, i booked in straight away and saw Sarah this afternoon. Although it will take a little time to get my back right the improvement in movement i have had this afternoon is amazing. Thank you! Can not recommend highly enough! If you are looking for the best osteo, this is the place to go!

I have been fortunate enough to have seen Rachel, Kate and Mirae throughout my recovery.
They have all contributed in my pain relief and rehabilitation in my condition.
They each showed different qualities to one another and approached from different angles to help me improve each time.
I had tried going to the physiotherapist and taking pain medication but showee no signs of improvement or relief.
I cannot thank the ladies I saw at Cranbourne Osteotherapy enough for giving me my quality of life back.

Kate is an absolute superstar.
When I came in on Friday, I would have said I had less than 10% motion in my shoulder, and was seriously concerned about how damaged it was.
After the one treatment, I was blown away by how good it came on Saturday, and has continued to improve over Sunday and Monday.
It's still not 100% by any means but I'm so impressed and thankful for getting it to where it is now after weeks of pain and little movement.
I highly recommend Cranbourne Osteopathy and will be back if I ever need to be treated for injuries.

I recently had some issues with my knee so I sought recommendation for a good osteo around my area on Facebook! Alot of people recommended the girls at Cranbourne Osteo. So I called up and was lucky enough to get in the next day with Emily.
Needless to say BEST decision ever!
The amount of pain I was in i figured I’d be out of action for a few weeks. How wrong was I 😂
Emily worked her magic and within a few days I had zero pain and my mobility was almost completely back to normal 🙌

The girls at Cranbourne Osteopathy are absolute miracle workers! I’ve seen Emily a few times for persistent shoulder pain and I alway leave feeling 100% better - and after a few sessions I didn’t need to go back at all. That’s one of the really special things about this team - their main priority is getting their patients better, not just getting you rebooked.
The ongoing support is also fantastic - Emily gave me some easy-to-do exercises at home, and followed up with me to make sure they were going well and if I had any questions or concerns.
