Hello. I was one of the tenant from 443 cross road south plympton SA 5038. I had good experience staying over there for 1 and half years. The owner and agent (Ashley) are so friendly and they helped us in each and everything that we need to repair or we need to fix it. We had great living there. I used Stanley Samuels as my rental agent for 7 years. They then assisted me with renovating my house for sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Stanley Samuels organised everything to do with preparing the house for sale - builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpet and floor layers. I was absolutely delighted with the results and the price obtained for the property. I have no hesitation in recommending Stanley Samuels as either a rental agent or a real estate agent based on my experiences. I would use them again.
