We live interstate and are renting our first built home through RPMS. Tracy has been fantastic with her communications, after chatting with other Property Managers, I know going with the cheapest provides you the cheapest care. Having a rental in this market when you see all the horrid story's of tenants is sickening. Knowing bad payers, houses kept in disarray will not be tolerated with RPMS, they manage their properties like you would your own home.

I've dealt with them for over half a decade now and have had nothing but brilliant service by the team at RPMS. They are the best rental agents I've ever come across, especially Renee, in all my years of renting. I'd highly recommend anyone look into renting, or letting them manage your property, as they are always professional but still caring, understanding and will always get to the bottom of anything if something breaks or happens quickly and efficiently.

I came to RPMS rentals when I was pregnant and had no rental history. We had Renee as our agent who gave us a shot! She took great care of us, was always professional, was kind to my extended family if they were around and was easy to speak with whenever we needed repairs or just to chat. She was amazing and gracious to give my family the roof over our heads that helped us to raise our daughter! Will miss Renee and the team at RPMS rentals!

I have been a tenant with RPMS for 2 years and 8 months in the one rental property. I have found RPMS including Renee to be highly professional, any concerns or issues with the property are responded to promptly and there is a high standard of communication with myself, the landlord & the property manager. This may also be because I have been lucky to have a good landlord as well.

RPMS Rentals have managed my property for over 4 years now. I can't believe how easy and how professional they have been to deal with throughout the years. Not to mention consistent. Since owning our investment properties RPMS were the third company managing our properties, the first two were terrible in that they never thought of us as a customer and only considered the tenants. RPMS have always been available to assist to answer and resolve any issues we have encountered, their number one attribute is communication which is key in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone who owns an investment property and also to those people looking to rent a property.
