Unquestionably good service. My tenants have been in their home now for 6 years. They’re happy and I’m happy. Bobi does such a good job in balancing out my needs as a landlord and my tenants needs to be happy, feel valued and comfortable while living in their home.

In anticipation of being bombarded with abusive degrading phone calls and emails - I’m using a different account to my name.
It’s such a shame that Rodney Rea went into business with Rent select - absolutely terrible service from there on in!
I would not recommend use of the “services” provided by Rent select.

I can not speak highly enough about how professional Bobi has been over the past 6 years, she has always made our experience as a tenant easy, carefree and enjoyable. We are tenants with Rodney Rae property specialists who merged their business with Bobi Vikor at Rent Select. We had very minimal and contradictory information as to what was happening when the transition occurred in the last week. I emailed Rodney and his daughter Amanda who finally told us they had joined Business with Rent select but did not advise what that would look like for us as tenants. I have just now after hours received an extremely rude and unprofessional call from Bobi Vikor at Rent select who did not listen to anything I tried to say and continued to talk over me and down to me.

The Service Rent Select provide is exceptional.
I live interstate. My last agent who will remain nameless, left me in the dark for two years, while my tenants were destroying my rental property.
When I found out, I was left with a very messy legal situation and destruction to my property.
Bobi was highly recommended to me. She straightened out a very complicated mess for me and got me the best possible outcome regarding insurance.
Since then I have not looked back.
Bobi looks after my rental property as if it were her own. I appreciate her integrity , hard work and above all honestly. I feel

Bobi is a fantastic agent. She has helped us with our properties whether it be renovating, insurance claims or maintaining the properties to receive the best rent possible. I only wish that she could manage properties in different states, I have been begging her. She is extremely professional and everything is done so quickly. I no longer have to… worry about the properties Bobi does the worrying for us. I have no idea where she gets her energy from. I have no hesitation in recommending Bobi, many of our family and friends also use Bobi for their properties.

Bobi has managed our property for six years while we have been interstate. She provides incredible service- she trouble shoots problems, has organised quotes and trades, is attentive and responsive, and promptly sends accounts and reconciliations at the start of each month. Bobi is the best land agent I have ever had as a renter! Promptly dealt with any problems in the property and made a real effort to make sure we were happy as well as the landlord. We only moved because we purchased our own home. We would love our future investment property to be managed by Bobi as she is so thorough as well as fair. What more could you ask for.
