Clean showrooms and friendly staff all who are more than willing to help you find what you need. Easy parking and as long as you can scan the QR code and provide vaxx proof you’re good to enter and buy a new car that may or may not be delivered in the next 6 months, which isn’t entirely their fault just the sign of the times

I got my Corolla delivered about 3 weeks ago but not before I had to deal with the worst customer service I ever got from a car salesperson in my entire life. You would think you would get the same customer service you get from a department store (if not more) when buying a major product like a car especially from well experienced staff but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by Marissa in the way she kept things very unprofessional with respect to how she communicated through phone and in person. I wasn't given any proper time line for delivery

I went to see the car which was listed for 29,888$. When asked, the car did not have service history available. For 51000 Km there were only 1 service log was listed. They did not know how many owners the car had. The independent car-history was not available. So dodgy. I will definitely take this further and shoot few emails to Toyota and report how they are stealing people money.

Me and my wife are having a very bad experience with Toyota, We bough a new car about 2 months ago and we asked to put a few accessories extra and we paid for it (wasn't cheap at all) and they gave the car for us missing the wether shields and they promised to book the inspection and put the shield missing and its passed 2 months and nothing. We bought the car and paid on time the amount of the car and soon as we paid they started treating us as we weren't exist.
It's extremely disappointing, if we knew that would be a such poor experience we would buy in another brand or showroom.

Mr Les Yan was beyond helpful and so thorough with helping me buy my car. From the very beginning, he was extremely polite and well-versed in giving me good knowledge about the car I was looking to buy. He was very patient with me and had my best interest.
