We are a large family owned and run company that has been in business for over 30 years. Silhouette Smash Repairs is an authorised repairer for insurance companies Australia wide, and we are a recommended repairer for AIOI Insurance, Suncorp Group of Companies, Allianz and QBE.
Since its establishment in 1987, Silhouette Smash Repairs has carried on its business continuously from the same premises under the same family-based ownership and management. The Managing Directors, brothers John and Luciano Serci, both qualified tradesman (in panel beating and painting respectively), believe in and exercise an open, hands-on management style through constant involvement with the staff and supervision of work.
We have recently had some significant upgrades done to our panel shop to further raise the bar of our current high standard quality services.
This includes the latest technologies such as our new Aluminium Room for aluminium repairs, the Car Bench System to accurately measure and align vehicles, the electronic Car-O-Liner to digitally diagnose, detect and print out any imperfections in the structure of the vehicle and the latest in welders to provide the best repairs to manufacturer's specifications.

Every insurance company has different assessing processes so your insurance company will advise you on the next step to be taken. Contact the person at fault an ask them if they can provide you with a claim number from their insurance company.

Accidents do happen and that’s the reason we need to have Car Insurance.
Unfortunately, I had an accident and my Insurer was persuading me to use one of their preferred repairers to repair my car. With my Insurance policy I had the option of getting my car fixed at any repairer, I instead chose Silhouette Smash Repairs because of the outstanding and positive feedback from colleagues, friends and most importantly word of mouth. You are insane if you own a VW and you take it anywhere else in Sydney.
I had my car previously repaired at another 'VW approved repairer' through my insurer and less than a few years later had significant issues which needed to be properly repaired.
Frustrated at the other repairers deflection of the problems and poor quality of work , I found Silhouette through the official VW website and honestly cannot recommend John and his team any higher.
They not only helped communicate to my insurer all the faults with the previous repair but did an amazing job on fixing my car which is a VW Sirocco

The team at Silhouette Smash Repairs are one of the best I've ever dealt with. Super responsive, friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest.
After my car was fully resprayed I spotted an issue with my GPS and they responded to me almost immediately offering to resolve the issue. They ordered additional parts at no extra cost and worked around my schedule.
Vicky and George also went above and beyond dealing with my uncooperative insurer despite not normally working with them, and overall I couldn't have asked for better service.

Thank you John and Tony to help me on this. My car was smash repaired by a guy who did bad job and also broke the window. I was so desperate when I found this shop online. They helped me to find the problem and ask electrician to fix my car and didn’t charge me any investigation fee. I was so touched especially after ripping off from the other smash repair. John and Tony made me think there are good people on earth!

John the owner is the nicest guy you'll ever meet.
Came in with some scratched paint on the flare of my Jeep, he took the time to show me how to repair it myself and gave me a bottle of touch up paint for free. Wouldn't accept a penny for the work!
Competitor next door quoted $500 for the job.

I could not recommend Silhouette Smash Repairs enough!
The staff members are great especially Vicky at reception , who was very polite , welcoming and kept us informed as to the progress of my car and Mr Moore Jusufovic who went above and beyond his job to make sure my car was fixed with the best materials and parts. He is a very polite and friendly person and also kept us well informed throughout the whole process, his work is seamless and my car looks brand new. A special thanks to Mr Julian Serci too.

I am very impressed with the great customer service and the detailed care that Silhouette Smash Repairs taken with my repair. The price is very competitive, the turn around time is excellent and they were very transparent and informed about the next step and price every step of the way. I also picked up a freshly washed car this afternoon which is an unexpected surprise so Thank you !
