No matter your current fitness ability, if you are looking to make positive strides in your fitness & health, then HI REPS FITNESS is for YOU! Starting with our Active Kids (8-15 years) providing a fun program encouraging children to be active & staying fit. Our Athlete Performance provides individualised training based programs on personal goals and sport-specific demands.
We cater and work around injuries and help strengthen the area of injury with pre rehabilitation/rehabilitation. High standard Coaching and programs designed by Mark who works with some of Australias best athletes and coaches. Our 4-day pass provides you access to our Fit4 daily workouts that are 60-minute sessions designed around all life stages.
We have two styles of FIT4 daily workouts to provide some variety and personal preference to your way of training. FIT 4 ALL - These sessions are great for body composition, all-over fitness and mental health and wellbeing. We incorporate upper and lower body movements throughout the week using bodyweight movements as well as incorporating cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.
Unlike other gyms that count on people signing up for annual plans with the best intentions only to drop off after a couple of months, we at Hi Reps Fitness Rouse Hill invest directly in you. If you disappear for a couple of days, expect to hear from your fellow members and your coaches. We want you to be the best version of yourself, which is why our commitment to you is our priority.
Our Kids Fitness Club Program located in Rouse Hill focuses on introducing children (age 8yrs - 15yrs) to different exercises, drills, team interaction, and fun activities. Children have an opportunity to learn good movement through sport/exercise. Most importantly, our students love Kids Fitness Club classes and have a blast every single time!

Coming to athletes development program to do my rehabilitation for my shoulder was one of the best decisions i've made as it helped me becoming stronger physically and mentally. I've learnt so much doing the athletes program as they work closely and make and adjustments needed. It also aloud me to push to my limits and made it joyful to workout as the trainers were very welcoming and caring towards your fitness goals. Couldn't have chosen a better gym to join to start my journey.

I've been a Hi Reps Member since November 2020 and have loved every moment! Before joining, I was very unmotivated attending another gym, as there was no accountability and the vibes wreaked of comparison and ego. Hi Reps is NOTHING like this. It's been one of the best decisions I've made and helped me refocus on a healthy and fit lifestyle. The Hi Reps Coaches are so experienced, and are constantly encouraging us to push ourselves. This gym has the best programs I've participated in and i've worked out for years and in a number of different facilities.
Every exercise is explained and you are shown exactly how to do it safely and correctly.
There are always variation options that can be made, which I found great when I first started and I had a knee injury.
I find it makes such a massive different when all the coaches remember your name and they did from my first day, they take the time to remember where you are at with your strength each week and push you every session and you notice results so quickly !

I love Hi Reps! From the moment I walked in the coaches made me feel welcome and comfortable. Hi Reps is not your run of the mill gym. They really care about their clients and you are not treated like a number. My whole family goes to Hi Reps and we love it. We all have different goals and our programs are tailored to suit each of us (as we all have different fitness levels). The gym is state of the art, clean, fresh and fun to be at. Hi Reps is much more than just a gym to me. Hi Reps is family. Hi Reps is home. This is where I feel openly accepted, encouraged, and supported. I love Hi Reps. Stef, Mark and Jonesy are the best trainers I have ever had, and the the community they have created here is just so special. I have lost 12+ kilos with the help of Hi Reps - the classes really push you but it is just so worth it. This gym gets results, all while feeling like you are part of a team. I've been training with Hi Reps for nearly 5 years and I've never had a bad workout. Stef, Mark and Glen all get the absolute most out of you every workout without yelling at you like you're in the army. The programming of the classes and the new facilities and equipment are fantastic. Highly recommend to any fitness level and any type of training
