My worst experience with a rental company in Australia. They wanted to raise the rent during the conovirus my partner had to explain that this was illegal, do you as a rental company know anything?
Now they tell me the house needs work, when we have cleaned and maintained everything. I feel it's the young school girl they employ trying to make a name for her self, but just out of school with no idea.

Just a friendly warning for anyone who is planning to rent from Wayne Millership and Co in South Morang, make sure you write everything down that is wrong with the property, right down to the tiniest mark on the floor/wall to anything that is even remotely dirty before you move in, better still take detailed photos as they will sting you for… everything that they can so they can take your bond. When you move out make sure there is not 1 skerrick of dirt in the property too and everything looks like no one has lived in there ever. Thanks for reading this, just beware..
